Fotogalería Interactive Advertising Bureau- Ecuador (iab) presenta su reporte de inversión publicitaria en Internet en Ecuador, realizado durante 2013 con la participación de 30 compañías afiliadas a su organización que entregaron su reporte de ventas netas del año pasado.
La muestra estaba compuesta de la siguiente forma: 65% agencias, 15% medios de comunicación, 10% portales y 10% tiendas virtuales. El informe establece que en 2013 se invirtieron USD 7,4 millones en publicidad digital (web y redes sociales). Los sectores que más pautaron son: servicios 18% del total, alimentos con el 15% y financiero con el 11%.
Señalan además que el 80% del total de inversión corresponde a anunciantes tradicionales y 20% a empresas de comercio electrónico. Ecuador se encuentra en una etapa inicial de desarrollo digital comparado con otros países vecinos y de la región. Ver artículo completo.
