La agencia municipal de desarrollo económico presentó sus servicios que están disponibles de lunes a viernes en las diferentes oficinas. La recién inaugurada Factoría del Conocimiento en la Av. Maldonado al sur de Quito, cuenta con espacios para capacitación en varias áreas y oficinas para el desarrollo de los proyectos que se han destacado en el proceso de incubación de empresas. Loaiza citó que cualquier persona, empresario o no, puede asistir para obtener información y asesoría.
