Javier MoguerzaEn el recorrido de lo más destacado en nuestras entrevistas de la tercera temporada, invitamos a Javier M. Moguerza, profesor de la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid y del IUP, conversamos acerca de la aplicación de Six Sigma en el marketing en dos tardes mientras visitó Ecuador.

“Si tus procesos son de calidad, automáticamente tus productos serán de calidad”, dijo Javier M. Moguerza quien mencionó que Six Sigma además de ser una metodología, se ha vuelto una filosofía de supervivencia de las empresas y que es excelente, ya que logra que de que cada millón de oportunidades, se produzcan únicamente 3.4 errores.
