Empezamos la segunda semana de especiales de Marketing Activo. Para esta ocasión hemos escogido dos entrevistas de nuestra tercera temporada. El primer invitado fue José Luis Salazar, Presidente de McDonald´s Ecuador, quien nos acompañó con el tema “La innovación como estrategia”. “Planing en McDonald´s lo resumimos en lo que llamamos 31Q. Planificamos a 3 años; hacemos un presupuesto anual que se debe cumplir a raja tabla; y la Q viene por el trimestre o “Quarter” que se revisa trimestralmente. Este modelo es la biblia en McDonald´s.
