El evento se llevó a cabo el 7 septiembre, es uno de los encuentros más grandes del mundo y tiene como objetivo fortalecer el liderazgo y empoderamiento femenino.
Quito, 19 de septiembre de 2022.-En el marco de las actividades del encuentro, el pasado 25 de agosto, se realizó la premiación a 16 líderes latinoamericanos, 20 empresas y organizaciones que impulsan el rol de la mujer en el mundo de los negocios. Roche Ecuador fue una de las empresas galardonadas como: Iconic Companies Crating a Better World for All.
“Estamos muy honrados de haber recibido un reconocimiento que resalta nuestro compromiso y trabajo por promover la equidad de género, así como también por nuestro genuino interés en empoderar a las mujeres en el cuidado de su salud”, mencionó Ana Cevallos, Gerente de Comunicaciones & Digital de Roche, durante la premiación.
El WEF busca empoderar e inspirar a mujeres, promoviendo su espíritu empresarial, de negocios, y su liderazgo en la sociedad. Entre las temáticas que se desarrollarán durante el evento se pueden destacar: índices de inclusión económica de la mujer, emprendimiento de la mujer como motor de desarrollo, políticas que les permita generar medidas en acción y balance, educación empresarial y de negocios, equidad de género en empresas y organizaciones, entre otros.
De esta forma Roche Ecuador ratifica su compromiso y trabajo por impulsar la inclusión de las mujeres en temas de negocios, liderazgo, equidad de género y acelerar la cobertura para un diagnóstico y tratamiento oportuno de las ecuatorianas.
