En MarketingActivo llevamos a cabo varias entrevistas sobre el manejo de franquicias en nuestro país. Una de ellas fue a Andrés Ríos, propietario de Sake Restaurante.

 

Sake abrió sus puertas al público quiteño en 1998 de la mano de su primer propietario, Juan José Vegas. En el 2008 lo compró Andrés Ríos, su actual propietario y el responsable de su expansión internacional. Panamá fue el lugar seleccionado para aperturar la primera franquicia del restaurante, convirtiéndose en el segundo local; Guayaquil fue la ciudad para la tercera franquicia y a partir de ésta se abrieron dos sucursales en Quito y Cumbayá.
