Desde hace ya dos años LinkedIn ha venido registrando un crecimiento interanual de más del 80% en sus ingresos. Según un informe de la compañía, este trimestre no se queda atrás, pues durante el segundo trimestre del 2012, alcanzó un crecimiento de los ingresos del 88%, pasando de $121 millones de dólares, a $228 millones de dólares en comparación con el mismo trimestre del 2011.
LinkedIn salió a bolsa en mayo del 2011 y, muy a pesar de los temores sobre una posible burbuja de los social media, esta red social para profesionales, sigue registrando crecimientos sobre el 80% cada trimestre.
En comparación con otros periodos, el crecimiento en los últimos trimestres se ha visto disminuido en comparación con lo sucedido entre el 2010 y finales del 2011. Sin embargo, LinkedIn tiene un crecimiento del 88%.
