Daniel GutierrezEn el marco de la II Cumbre Mundial de Comunicación Política tuvimos una entrevista con Daniel Gutiérrez, él vino desde Argentina para dar su ponencia denominada «Mira que te digo. Una introducción al neuromarketing político para una imagen positiva». Gutiérrez es consultor en estrategia en campañas de gestión y comunicación en distintos niveles de instituciones del Estado. 

Durante la entrevista comentó que este tipo de estudios se los lleva a cabo hace 20 años. Además durante su ponencia destacó que los sentimientos ejercen la primera impresión en el pensamiento, «la emoción está sobre la razón», dijo.
