La pieza Decode Jay-Z with Bing se adjudicó el gran galardón, pertenece al cliente Bing/Jay-Z, realizada por la agencia Drogas5 de New York.
Brasil fue el país que más piezas inscribió en esta categoría: 625, de las cuales 72 ingresaron en la lista corta (lista de finalistas) y se adjudicaron 5 platas y 12 bronces. Ecuador inscribió 10 piezas en total, ninguna ingresó a la lista corta.
Se entregaron un total de 18 oros en esta categoría. Cinco se adjudicó a los USA, entre estas, la pieza Grand Prix; este país además, se llevó 1 plata y 3 bronces; inscribió un total de 353 piezas.
Resaltamos el éxito Colombiano con 1 oro y 1 plata. El oro para la pieza Operation Christmas realizada para el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, por la agencia Lowe-SSP3 de Bogotá. La plata fue para Sancho BBDO de Bogotá, con su pieza: Prison y Voyeur, realizadas para Casa Luker.
